Within Chinese Medicine these are a truly remarkable set of pathways (meridians or vessels). I first came across them over 12 years ago as part of Creative Kinesiology training I was on – they immediately spoke to me in such a way that I needed to understand more about these vessels.
Since I met them I have been on a continuing dive to learn more and to understand some of the ancient knowledge they hold for us, for our design, and for us opening to the spark of potential that is within each of us. I fully acknowledge that each time I meet them in clinic, teaching them to students or feel their holding in my body I learn something new.
I cannot wait to introduce them to you or to help deepen your relationship with them.
These pathways or vessels are truly amazing, beginning to be formed whilst we are in utero, they hold the key to the ‘dreaming’ of our prenatal life energy and hold the depth and magic of the ancestry that we hold in our body. They are huge reservoirs bringing energy and regulation to the 12 Meridians, they form and shape so much of our lives, carrying within them the codes for our body as temple, rooted and aligned between Heaven and Earth, between star and soil.
The beauty of these vessels and the deep patterning they hold for us will unfold as we journey deeply each month.
We will be uncovering the themes that are central to our lives and that have shaped who we are. We will learn how to use these primordial energies to bring us more into our being so we may place our feet more firmly on our paths.
What is included?

- 8 live sessions, 1 for each vessel, you can choose to enrol in the evening or morning class. These are recorded
- 8 sharing circles where both circles come together to share, to bring a sense of community and to learn more about how the vessels are changing our lives. These are NOT recorded

The Vessels and their Broad Themes
- Chong Vessel – Our Blueprint, is formed at conception and brings us the connection to our unique curriculum of life, it searches for our true nature, the dance of our vitality.
- Ren Vessel – Connection and Bonding; how we were and are received on Earth; how we receive nourishment; how we look after the deep inner seas of ourselves.
- Du Vessel – Individuation, how we move through the world; how are we supported and protected; how we express ourself out into the world.
- Yin Wei Vessel – Story, the story in our blood; our emotional, ancestral and pictorial record.
- Yang Wei Vessel – Choices, the Brain Marrow record of the fabric of our being; how we choose (or don't) our pathways in life.
- Yin Qiao Vessel – Self Esteem, the inward journey of how we know ourselves; How we stand up to ourselves.
- Yang Qiao Vessel – Self Realisation – how we are reclaiming our birthright and bring presence to ourselves in the world; how we extend ourselves from our core out into the world.
- Dai Vessel – Consolidation, how are our containers; as they spin between earth and the stars and all th spaces in between.
I really want to express that this is a 3000 year old medicine, so whilst we go deep in ourselves we will only be touching the surface of what they begin to offer us!
Please do not expect to become expert in the scratching of the surface that this course offers!
